Jane Guba

Jane Ann Guba, 93, of Plantation, Florida, passed away on July 24, 2014 of natural causes. Jane was born in Ridgewood, NJ on February 15, 1921. She graduated from Westfield High School and continued on to receive a degree from Katherine Gibbs. She was married to Frank A. Guba, Jr. on September 7, 1946 and they were married for nearly 68 years. Jane was a stay at home mother for many years and rejoined the work force in Public Relations when her children were older. Her greatest joy and legacy are her faith, her family and her multitude of friends. She was deeply loved and admired and will be missed by all whose lives she touched. Jane is survived by her husband, Frank and 4 daughters (Geraldine Guba Laing of Lake Worth, FL; Carolyn Guba of Cary, NC; Kathleen Guba York of Prescott, AZ and Linda Guba Benedict of Plantation, FL), 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
