Gene Penrod

In loving memory of our Gene-forever in our minds and hearts. Gene passed away on Monday, July 28, 2014. He was a native of NY, a graduate of Valhalla High School and proudly served in the U.S. Army, spending time in Thailand. Following this period, he worked as an ace mechanic who could fix anything. He also worked for the City of Sunrise transporting the elderly, sick and blind to their doctors. Gene later delved into computer processing with his own business. He is survived by his wife, Linda Dinger Penrod; his dad, John Nemeth, of DeLand, Florida, and many beloved aunts and cousins. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4, from 5:00PM-7:00PM at T.M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, August 5, 10:30AM at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 8279 Sunset Strip, Sunrise, FL. Arrangements entrusted to T.M.
