Joel Allen Bay

Joel Allen Bay passed away August 30, 2014. He is survived by his beloved wife Carla, two sons Nico, Antonio and was a proud grandfather of 3. A decorated veteran of the US Air Force, he continued his career with the DEA. Visitation was held Friday 9/5 3-5 PM at the T.M. Ralph Funeral Home Sawgrass/Weston 371 NW 136 Avenue Sunrise, FL 33325. Funeral Mass was held on Saturday 9/6 at 11:00 AM at All Saints Catholic Church. In order to help others, memorial donations may be made to any charity in his name.
