William A. Duncan Sr., 74 , of Plantation, Florida passed away April 23, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Dee Duncan, 3 children, and a sister. He is preceded in death by his brother. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Monday. April 27, 2015 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held Monday , April 27, 2015 at 2:30 PM. Graveside services will be held April 30, 2015 at Mt. St Mary Cemetery in Queens, New York.
