April 6, 1984 — July 30, 2015

Kallman, Patrick passed away tragically July 30, 2014 with his love Jennifer Jacon. Patrick is survived by his parents Michael and Katherine Kallman, and his sister Kelly Ann Yager, grandfather George Kilbride, Aunt Christine Kilbride, uncles George and Thomas Kilbride, and many other loving family and friends. Visitation will be Monday 4:00-8:00 PM at the T.M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home 7001 NW 4 Street Plantation, FL 33317. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday 11:00 AM at All Saints Catholic Church 10900 W. Oakland Park Blvd. Sunrise, FL. Patrick will live on in the hearts of all those who loved him
