Brown, Edward Jaye “E.Jaye”, 61 of Lauderhill passed away suddenly October 10, 2015. He was born in Charleston, South Carolina to Edward and Jessie Brown. He was a Navy Seal serving with the Underwater Demolition Team. A talented and accomplished professional musician, he had opened for and played with numerous entertainers including Tiny Tim, Red Foxx, The Righteous Brothers, Janet Jackson, Sly and the Family Stone, the Blue Notes, and the Sensations to name a few. He currently performed throughout South Florida in numerous clubs and other venues. He had been a headliner in Las Vegas for a period of time. Along with his fiancée Linda Sorrenti, he is survived his sisters by Joanne, Angela, Queen, Dorothy, Brenda, and brother Rondal. Donations may be made in his name to the Tri County Animal Shelter. Friends will be received on Thursday 2:00-4:00 PM at the T.M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 4PM, followed by Military Honors. Arrangements by T.M.
