Edward Joffe

Joffe, Edward 94 of Plantation passed away peacefully in his home on November 28, 2015. He was born in Rochester,NY and came to South Florida many years ago. He was the founder of a successful construction supply company. Using his business knowledge he volunteered with SCORE helping others as a business advisor. He also volunteered with the Fort Lauderdale Chapter of the Mended Hearts. He was predeceased in 2007 by his beloved wife Barbara L. Joffe. He is survived by his daughters Elizabeth J Sanders (Marvin Herren), and Susan Joffe Phillips (Michael Phillips), grandchildren Aaron (Anita) Sanders, Joshua Philips,great grandchildren Elea and Evan, his sister Esther Joffe Kahn, niece Linda Joffe, and great niece Robin Cain. Friends will be received on Monday from 2:00 PM until the time of service at the T.M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home 7001 NW 4 Street. A Memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM. In his memory donations may be made to the National Wildlife Federation or the US Holocaust Memorial.
