Patricia L. Hubrig-Fenton

Patricia Leigh Hubrig, of Boca Raton, Florida passed away December 26, 2015. Daughter of John Greeney Jr. and Theresa Greeney, and sister to John Greeney III. Patricia is survived by her sons Allan Hubrig and Brett Hubrig, daughter-in-law Marsha Hubrig, and grandson Sean and granddaughter Lauren. Patricia lived every minute of her 69 years larger than life. At an early age Patricia developed an interest in caring for people. Over time, she went to nursing school, received her BS from Mount Mercy College, started her own nursing firm and retired as the VP for a large medical services provider. Patricia was both a healer and a fighter. As her many dear friends know, she lived a full life (Ralph and Patty told one another , “Living the Good Life”) and loved to tell stories about her adventures. If there is a vineyard in heaven, Patricia is there reunited with Ralph and loved ones recounting all the stories we’ve come to love. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 2nd. A blank collage will be available to pin photos of Pat enjoying life. Please limit one photo per attendee. The Celebration will be open bar and complimentary food from 11 am until 2 pm at the Grateful Palate, 3033 NE 32 Avenue, Ft. Lauderdale, part of the Shooters Waterfront facility in Fort Lauderdale. It is important to the family that this event be a happy one with drinks and good cheer as Pat would want nothing else than that in her memory. A private inurnment will take place at South Florida VA Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida. Cremation arrangements by T.M.
