Maureen Gallagher Brown

Brown, Maureen Gallagher 73 of Davie passed away January 14, 2016. She was born in Boston, MA to Harry and Helen Gallagher. She enjoyed her residences between Davie, FL and Ocean Park, Maine. She had a loving heart and extended help to so many, especially women through her 36 years of involvement in a 12 step program. She is survived by her beloved husband Arthur, her children, Arthur Brown, III, Robyn Brown Surdel, Christopher Brown, her sister Elaine Kelley and Brother Harry William Gallagher. She was preceded in death by her son Michael Brown in 2010. She will be remembered as a wonderfully devoted grandmother of 9 grandchildren Caitlin, Meghan, Joseph, Nicholas, Hunter, Brooke, Taylor, Chase, & Sean. Visitation will be Monday 5:00-8:00 PM at the T.M .Ralph Plantation Funeral Home 7001 NW 4 Street. A Mass will be held Tuesday 10:00 AM, St. David’s Catholic Church in Davie. In her memory donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project
