Michael's drive and passion was expressed in his early school years with his musical training. He played drums in the band from middle school through high school. He moved on to play the Timpani in the Fort Lauderdale Symphony and achieved a Bachelors degree in music.
Michael went back to college and obtained a Doctorate in Engineering. He was one of the co-founders of Digital Comm Link, a communications organization based in Davie, Florida. His company specializes in the transmission of voice, video and data over a variety of transport mediums. As Vice President of Engineering, Michael dedicated the final twenty-one years of his professional career to building DCL. He was instrumental in the design and creation of a number of initiatives throughout his tenure with DCL. His efforts were essential to the continued development and growth of the company. Michael was a brilliant and hard-working man, and his love of technology was apparent and unquestionable as the driving force behind DCL.
Nothing meant more to Michael than the love of his life, Connie. On any given day he would credit Connie for his successes stating, "I could never have done this without the love and support of my wife." He would tell anyone willing to listen about his love and devotion for his wife. She was clearly his driving force. The birth of his grandson Logan and the bond they shared was beyond words. He treasured every moment he got to spend with him as his "silly Grampy."
