Barker, Phyllis 88 of Plantation passed away September 25, 2016.She was predeceased by her beloved husband James with whom she shared 60 years of marriage. She was a former parishioner of All Saints Catholic Church. She is survived by her children Patricia B. Pocchio, James J. (Barbara E.) Barker, Jean M. Rowell, Mary Ann (Henry Castle) Barker, and Phyllis D. (James) Cook, sister Mary Ann Salser, grandchildren, Jennifer Miner, Kelly N. Tracey, Dianna R. Grider, Lauren T. D’ambrosio, Abigal Cook; great grandchildren, Trevor D. Brumley, Paige M. Held, Brianna Shelley, Anthony Grider, Jesse J. Grider, Anderson J. Tracy; and 1 great grandchild Rylee S. Held, and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by her sister Audrey Reebe, brother Victor Anthony Adams, sons in law Frank Pocchio, and Robert Rowell. Visitation will be Thursday 4:00-8:00 Pm at T.M. Ralph Funeral Home Sawgrass Weston 371 NW 136 Avenue Sunrise, FL. A prayer service will be held at 5:00 PM at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church 200 North University Drive Plantation, FL 33324. Interment will take place at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery 1500 S. State Rd 7 N. Lauderdale, FL.
