Marilyn Caroline Hintz

Marilyn Caroline Hintz, passed away peacefully in her home in Plantation Florida, at the age of 86 on November 20, 2016. One of six children born to Frederick and Helen Wulf in Chicago, IL., Marilyn is preceded in death by her loving husband Warren Hintz and her beloved grandson, Christopher Hintz; mother to Christine (Emil) Akar, Mark Hintz, Pamela (Robert ) Hintz- Fownes, and Diane (Frank) Conforti; grandmother to Nicole, Lauren, and Alex Akar; and Michael and Matthew Hintz; and great grandmother to Oliver and Lucas. Marilyn is survived by her brothers, Frederick and Alan and preceded in death by her sisters Marion Brownson and Kathleen Nixon and brother Ron. Marilyn was loved and admired by all those whose lives’ she touched. She was a gifted and talented artist and musician. Marilyn had an amazing propensity to love and care for family, and a solid faith in God. Marilyn leaves her family with a legacy of faith, love, caring, and respect for family and others, as well as a bond between her children which surpasses the distance which separates them in adulthood. She will be truly missed, but we take comfort in knowing she is in peace with our Lord. There will be a private memorial service for the family.
