Elizabeth (Bettye) Bobo

Elizabeth Weaver Bobo (Bettye) went to be with Jesus Thursday, February 2, 2017. She was 82. Bettye was born in Greenville, Tennessee and grew up in Chattanooga where she met her husband of 64 years, Kenneth Niel Bobo. Before moving to Florida, they served the Lord in Louisiana, Alabama, North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. In 1999, they moved to Sunrise, FL. to be close to family and to volunteer with the Baptist Home Mission Board in South Florida area. Bettye is survived by her husband, Ken; daughter, Stephany (Don) Wolgast; granddaughters, Jennifer Julsonnet and Krista Reeves and great grandchildren, Amanda Julsonnet, AJ Reeves, Daniel Julsonnet and Andrew Reeves; her brother, Russell Weaver, nephew, Paul Weaver and nieces, Beth Troyer and Amy Harding, Her family will recieve friends on Saturday from 11:00-12:00PM with a 12:00 Noon service at the funeral home. Interment will follow the next week at South Florida VA National Cemetery in Lakeworth, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimers Association in her memory. Arrangements by T.
