Margaret (Peggy) McDonald, died on March 7, 2017, Hollywood, FL. Peggy was a loving, caring, mother of two children, Jerry and Susan, that she raised with her husband Jerry.  The family was from Philadelphia and vacationed in Ocean City, New Jersey. They lived in Cornwells Heights, PA., where her husband Jerry worked for Meenan Oil. Eventually they moved to their vacation place, in Ocean City, NJ.  They always liked the water and boating. There they started a successful construction business. During this time, Peggy excelled in the booming Ocean City/Atlantic City real estate market during 1970’s-1980’s. She was awarded the Million Dollar Real Estate Sales Award in 1981. Later on, Peggy and Jerry moved to their annual vacation spot in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to enjoy golf, and the weather. They also enjoyed supporting the Miami Dolphin football team.  Their son Jerry returned from Morocco after building the radar towers that Ford Motor Co. hired him to engineer, and settled in Fort Lauderdale, to meet his wife of 33 years Joanne Ohlson. He found her and success in Broward County. They have three children, Kelly, Jerry Jr. and Craig. All three children have excelled in engineering and construction management. Daughter Susan enjoyed downhill skiing in New Hampshire and graduated from UNH, at Keene, and spent time in Paris after getting her Certificate Francaise, which enabled her to teach English to French speaking people. Soon after Susan moved to Fort Lauderdale to be with family and pursued a career in manufacturing.  Peggy and Gerald were regular game attendees and became Dolphin season ticket holders in 1995.  Gerald passed away in 2008 due to a terminal respiratory condition.  Peggy carried on and attended Dolphin games up until 2014.  Daughter Susan, her husband Tony and Granddaughter Kelly, husband Matt, Jerry Jr., soon to be married to Colleen, and Craig, all now carry on the family tradition and legacy as Dolphin season ticket holders.          Visitation will be at T.M.
