Alice Montalvan

Alice Montalvan, of Sunrise, Florida, passed away August 14, 2021. Born March 14, 1930, in Bronx, New York, to her Cuban born parents, Fermin and Elpidia DeSola. Alice was one of six siblings. Alice married Adolph Montalvan in 1950; together they shared 44 years of marriage until his passing in 1994. Surviving Alice are her three children, Louise and her husband, Gilberto, Ricardo and his wife Sabi, and Daniel and his partner Denise; two grandchildren, Marcos and his wife Lisa, Katia and her husband Matthew; two great-grandchildren, Zackery and Joseph, and her sister, Elsie. Alice’s husband, Adolph, and her grandson, Eddie, preceded her in death. Visitation will be Monday, 4:00 PM-8:00 PM, at T. M. Ralph Funeral Home Sawgrass/Weston. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, 10:00 AM, at the funeral home, and interment following in Lauderdale Memorial Park.
