Billie S. Klopfenstein, 93, of Plantation, FL 33317, went to be with her Lord on July 14, 2023.

She was the beloved wife of D. J. “Bud” Klopfenstein, and mother of Sally Gress (Rodney), John, Richard (Diane), Daniel (Sally), Beth Houk (Robert) and Lory. She was proceeded in death by her husband and three children, John, Richard, and Lory.

She was a wonderful mother to her children and later, her in-laws, but one of her greatest joys was being a grandmother and great-grandmother. She leaves behind 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She is fondly remembered for her willingness to read stories, play bank and lots of games, host cousins sleep overs, Sunday dinners and baby-sit whenever needed.

Billie was an avid reader, great hostess and well loved friend to many. She had a sense of humor and graceful spirit. She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church in Plantation and for many years served with her husband in the ministry there.
