C. "Bill" Coulter

C. "Bill" Coulter passed away at his home on Feb. 25, 2022. He was born in Philadelphia, PA and was a longtime resident of South Florida. He worked for many years as a Independent Sales Representative in the Golfing industry. His love and passion was devoting his time and energy to the Fort Lauderdale Archers, where he served as president. He was a loved father, brother, and new grandpa.
