Claudia Heineman

CLAUDINA (CLAUDIA/TUDDA) HEINEMAN, 92 Claudia Heineman, 92, of Sunrise, Florida went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the VITAS Inpatient Hospice Unit at Florida Memorial Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She was born on December 7, 1925 to the late John Perez Rollo Sr. and Blanca Rosa (Rivero) Rollo, and was one of nine children. Claudia was preceded in death by her late husband of 55 years, Sherman (Flip) Heineman, three sisters and one brother. Those left to cherish her memory are her children Donna Lee Siggins (Jay), John Thomas Wright, Philip George Heineman (Lesli), and Kathleen Wages (John). She also leaves behind 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Claudia was a Southern Baptist Christian and served in many capacities at churches she attended over the years. She was a Legal Secretary for over 55 years up until her retirement. After retirement, she and Flip traveled extensively on mission trips throughout the U.S.  They also worked many summers at the Grand Canyon where they met several famous celebrities and made many new friends. They were blessed with good health that allowed them to hike the trails and enjoy the outdoors. Claudia was also an avid book reader and was always found to have one in her hand. She will be best known for her love for the Lord and her kindness toward people. She never met a stranger she did not like and gave unselfishly to everyone in need, whether it be her friendship, finances, or housing. Ralph Funeral Home at 371 NE 136th Ave. in Sunrise, Florida at 6:00 p.m. with friends and family gathering from 4-7 p.m. Inurnment will be Friday, April 6, 1:30 PM, at South Florida National VA Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida
