Delma Maria Parody Maury

Delma of Plantation, FL and Barranquilla, Colombia, formerly of Ottawa, passed away peacefully on Good Friday, April 18, 2025, two months shy of her 100th Birthday surrounded by her loving family.

Delma was born June 20, 1925 to Ana Bermudez and Manuel Jose Parody in Barranquilla. She married the love of her life, Filipo Maury Castro on December 7, 1949. She was extremely devoted to her family and Catholic faith. She enjoyed traveling with Filipo to Europe, Mexico and Colombia. She was an avid Bridge player and seamstress.

Survivors include her son, Marco of Plantation, daughter, Carmen (Humberto) Cianci of Ft. Lauderdale, grand daughters, Gisella (Dominic) Senska of Denver, Alessandra (Nick) Cianci of Hillsboro, Oregon, great-grandchildren Henrik and Iskra Senska and brother Luis (Teresita) Parody.
