Donald Wayne Todd, III was born on February 5, 1985. He was born and raised in Plantation, graduating from American Heritage High School where he played football, class of 2003. Donnie continued on to become a firefighter/paramedic, ultimately working as a Crew Chief/Paramedic for the city of Plantation, which he knew and loved. He enjoyed cooking gourmet-styled meals, paddle boarding, and weight lifting. He was an incredible dog-dad to his loyal companions, Titan and Tucker Todd. Donnie was an intelligent and skilled paramedic, with a passion for teaching, while also absorbing as much knowledge as he could. He was called to the Lord on the morning of December 23, 2020, because his work on Earth was complete. He is survived by his parents, Donald and Tammy Todd of Plantation, his sister, Heather Todd of Plantation, his fiancé, Caitlin Scott of Plantation, Grandmother Lucy Todd of Wellborn, and Grandmother Sharon Kelley of Plantation. Services for Donald W. Todd, III will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 3:30pm at Community Christian Church in Tamarac.
