Edward Lawrence Villandre August 11th, 1940 – March 31st, 2018 Edward L. Villandre, age 77, passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 31st, 2018 in Sunrise Florida. Edward was a long time resident of Lafayette, California and Cooper City, Florida as well. Edward was born in Englewood New Jersey. He was born to Francis Edward Villandre and Angelina (Ottoboni) Villandre. He married Lanita Ruth Zupancic in Miami, Florida in 1961. He survived Lanita’s passing in 2011. Edward was a long time employee of Pan American Airways and Florida Highway Patrol. Edward was a true “I can repair anything” man. He was equally comfortable diagnosing a piece of electrical equipment, an air conditioner or under the hood of a car. He was very humble regarding his wide range of expertise. He would often volunteer his time in helping friends and neighbors with their various malfunctioning homes, cars and pools. He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him. He is survived by his two sons, John Edward (Karen) and Matthew Lawrence Villandre Grandchildren; Joshua and Katie Villandre, and Lorelei Villandre., Sister-in-Law, Marta (Zupancic) Nash , Brother-In-Law James Zupancic. Sister, Sue Spencer and nephews Joseph and Robert Spencer. A heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to Marta Nash and Hyacinth Wynter for the caring of his personal needs when he was unable.
