Elizabeth P. Boyer (Betty), passed away peacefully on January 31, 2023, in Plantation, Florida at the age of 80.
She is survived by Robert Boyer, her husband, their children Eric Boyer and Polly Owen (Steve), grand children Billy Owen (Brittney) and Sally Owen, her sister Mary Davis and brother George Noppenberger.
Betty was a teacher, a goat herder and a lover of animals. She was honest, opinionated, colorful and stubborn. She loved her family.
Memorial Service will be held April 28, 2023, 11:00AM, St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Brownsville, Maryland.
