Obituary:
Francisco Alfonso Mantilla, affectionately known as Paco, touched the lives of many with his unwavering love for family, his infectious laughter, and his zest for life. Born in Bahia, Ecuador on July 12, 1952, Paco's journey on this earth came to a peaceful end on March 5, 2024.

Paco's legacy is one of resilience and determination. At the young age of 17, armed with just a dollar and a dream, he embarked on a courageous journey to the United States. Through years of hard work, facing numerous obstacles and embracing valuable life lessons, Paco turned his American dream into a reality. From bustling New York to sunny Florida, and back to the arms of his beloved Bahia, Ecuador, Paco left an indelible mark wherever he went.

Paco's greatest joy in life was his wife of 47 years, his kids, and his 5 grandchildren. His proudest accomplishments were achieved alongside his loving wife Leonor Mantilla, his son Francisco Mantilla, daughter Viviana Mantilla, and daughter Andrea Mantilla. Together with them, he embodied the belief that with dedication and perseverance, anything is possible. When he finally retired, the priceless joy on his face reflected the fulfillment of a life well-lived.

Memories of Paco will forever be cherished by those who knew him. His laughter will echo in the hearts of all who were touched by his jovial spirit. He was the life of every party - with a drink in hand, a smile that lit up the room, and dance moves that brought joy to all around him.

Paco's message to always be prepared for the future rings true even in his passing. As we bid farewell to this remarkable soul, let us carry forward his legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering determination.

May Francisco Alfonso Mantilla rest in eternal peace knowing that he has left behind a family and friends who will always hold him close in their hearts.
