Frank Marshall Jr.

Frank Marshall Jr. July 22, 1942 – February 16, 2020 On July 22, 1942, in Peekskill New York, Frank Marshall Sr. and Evelyn Marshall welcomed their son Frank Marshall Jr. into the world. Frank Jr. completed his early education and later joined the United States Air Force where he proudly served his country. After leaving the Air Force, Frank Jr. pursued his passion of being a public servant by joining the Coconut Creek Police Department. Frank Jr. worked diligently for 91/2 years and was promoted to the rank sergeant. Frank Jr. wanted further enhance his career in the area of Law Enforcement and later joined the Broward Sheriff’s Office on November 9, 1981, where he was again promoted to the rank of sergeant. During his tenure with the Broward Sheriff’s Office, Sergeant Marshall served in the Pompano Beach District, the Airport District, the unincorporated Hollywood District and the Port Everglades District where he retired on July 28, 2000 after 181/2 years of dedicated service. Left to cherish his memories are: His wife of 49 years, Jeanne Marshall (retired Broward Sheriff’s Office Communication Operator), brother-in-law Jerry Blough (retired Chief of Police for Sunrise Police Department/ Chief of Police Margate Police Department and City Manager of Margate), his son Frank Marshall IV, daughter-in-law, Leslie Marshall, granddaughter Angelica Bozan, grandson Angel Bozan, daughter Barbara Parman, son-in-law Jeff Parman, grandsons Zack and Hunter Parman, daughter Kim Suarez, son-in-law Ray, granddaughter Alyssa Suarez. He also leave behind a host of relative, cousins and friends of the Broward County Sheriff’s Office who will cherish his memory.
