Gabriel Octavio Betancourt passed away April 17, 2017 surrounded by the love of his family. A beloved husband,father,grandfather, uncle and brother, he will be forever missed. Funeral Mass will be Friday at All Saints Catholic Church 10:00 AM. His urn will be place at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery at a later date.
