He was born on June 3rd 1923 in Newark, New Jersey to Italian immigrant parents. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. We will sorely miss him but he will remain in our hearts forever. Tom was a cutter in the clothing industry. He worked his way up to supervisor of the cutting room in New Jersey and was later transferred that position to a shop in Miami. He moved his family down to North Miami Beach in 1963. Tom was a long time member of the church choir at Visitation Parish in North Miami Beach, Florida and later at All Saints Catholic Church in Sunrise, Florida. He loved to sing and had a wonderful and friendly personality. Everybody loved Tom. He served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard as a motor machinist mate from March 1943 - February 1946. He loved his country, a proud USA patriot. Gaetano “Tom” is survived by his wife, Ruth Pulice, married since June 4th, 1944. He is also survived by sons Thomas (Beth) and John (Patricia) Pulice, daughter Suzanne (Ivonne) Pulice, grandsons Michael and Richard Pulice, Frank Verardi, granddaughters Eileen Carl, Diana Pulice and Tina Anello, great grandchildren Joseph and Antonio Pulice, Ashley, Noah, Faith and Jonah Carl and preceded by Maria Victoria Pulice. Funeral mass will be held at All Saints Catholic Church, Sunrise Florida at 11:00 am on Tuesday February 8th, 2022 followed by a military honors funeral at Our Lady Queen of Heaven cemetery in North Fort Lauderdale.
