James Paul Myers

James Paul Myers passed away December 8, 2018. Jim was born in Collins Ohio on January 14, 1958 as a dear son to Betty and Joseph Myers.  As a simple country boy he lived in Ohio until he was 18 when he then decided to take residence in South Florida. He began his new life as a hard working man and even took position as a volunteer fire fighter.  Shortly after, he was married and brought life three amazing children in which he loved so dearly.  Jim was an exemplary father and that made him proud.  As a father he lived selfless in raising his children and put their happiness first.  Together they enjoyed some of Jim’s favorite hobbies of camping, walking trails, fishing and boating.  Jim always loved to take the path less traveled and would even carve out his own path on the trails. He never could turn down the good country style living.  He loved nature and all of its beauty and taught the importance of preserving and protecting it. Hollywood, FL became his home and pursued a career in the maintaining of the waters in our local communities.
