Jan Stanislaw Stasiuk

Dr. Jan Stanislaw Stasiuk passed away at his home on October 14, 2022. He was born in Poland and came to the United States in 1955. He was a Medical Doctor working as a civilian doctor for the VA, in numerous clinics throughout the US. He later served as a Medical Doctor aboard cruise ships. He is survived by his wife Wanda, his sons Dr. Jan Stasiuk and Tomas Stasiuk and 2 grandsons. He was preceded in death by his brother. Friends will be received at T. M. Ralph Funeral Homes 371 NW 136 Avenue in Sunrise on Sunday from 10:00 AM until 12 Noon.
