Janet E. Bonair (née) Kendall passed away peacefully on January 17, 2021 at the age of 81. She was a caring and loving mother to Arnold (Giselle), Raphael (Nicola), Camille (Gregory), Anthony (deceased) ( Jennifer), and John Paul (Crystal). Grandmother to Giovanni, Ivy, Allison, Jaylin, Anthony, and Aidan. Great grandmother to Milan Arya. Janet was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad to Courtney and Esme Kendall (both deceased), and sister to George and James (both deceased). Janet graduated from Bishop Ansley High School and went on to become a nurse anesthesiologist. She migrated to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1988 and worked at Broward Health Medical Center until her retirement in 2000. Janet enjoyed traveling and went home at every opportunity. She loved Carnival and looked forward to playing mas and partaking in all the festivities surrounding it. She also loved her trini food, black pudding, roti, ginger beer, doubles, and sweet bread to name a few. She also found time to pursue her personal interests and was an active member of the Chaconia Club of Trinidad and Tobago Nationals Inc. she pitched in whenever needed to bakes cakes or prepare dishes for club functions.
