Josephine "Jo" Mazzola

Josephine “Jo” Mazzola has passed in Sunrise, Fl on 4/11/2017 at age 80 after a full life of joy and sacrifice.  She was the daughter of James and Mary Conilio, and had a son Robert Nunemaker.    She was born in New York, NY where she also grew up.  She lived in various locations in New York as well as New Jersey, Las Vegas, Hawaii, and Virginia before finally living in Sunrise, Fl.  Her philosophy was to enjoy life and people, and to spread and enjoy laughter.  A strong believer in God, she had strong belief in the afterlife.   She is survived by her son and her sisters Frances, Carol, and Marie.  Other siblings included Jean, James, Hazel, and Margo. Services (Celebration of Life) were held on 4/13/2017 in Sunrise.  In addition, her great friends Dolores, Sandy, and Dotty mourn her loss.
