Marion V Johnson

Marion V. Johnson passed away peacefully at the age of 96, on September 13, 2022, in her home at Wickshire Tamarac. Marion is survived by her two daughters, Marilyn Skinner (Don) and Karin Faison, two grandchildren, Wendy Urso (Sam) and Doug Skinner (Renee), and eight great-grandchildren, Johanna and Sam Urso, Andrew, Logan, Juliet, Evelyn, and Timothy Skinner, and Grace Whittington. Marion was a true native Floridian born and raised in Orlando, the daughter of Harry B. Vincent and Johanna G. Vincent. She married Leo James Johnson, a Navy veteran, and they started their family in Bakersfield, CA, before moving to Miami and later to Sunrise. In addition to her parents and her husband of 58 years, she is predeceased by her sister, Joan Dunklin. Per her wishes she will be cremated and ashes scattered on the ocean. A family celebration of life is planned for a later date. Memorial donations may be made to your local hospice or favorite animal rescue.
