In loving memory of Michael W. Larson, born 28 July, 1954 in Beloit, Wisconsin, who lost his battle with cancer the day after Thanksgiving , 23 November, 2018, at the age of 64. For the love and well-being of his family, Mike was a hard and tireless worker who strived to provide his family with all the love and support he could muster. He was an accomplished brick mason, and officially-certified jack-of-all-trades. His younger years were spent fully engaged with his children, coaching soccer, baseball and softball, fishing and football, and countless other activities. Throughout his life, his most cherished memories were the annual family summer trips to Sanibel Island, where he'd spend the week surrounded by friends and family. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and in his later years loved camping and spending time in Cape Canaveral on the beach with his bride of 44 years, Pamela. And of course, "Papa" loved spending every waking moment with his grandchildren. While both of his parents, Norman and Isabella, preceded him to the next life, he is survived by his children: son Christopher and wife Jill, daughter Nicole and husband Eddie, three brothers: Dennis and wife Donna, Stephan and wife Cindy, Brian and wife Beth, and sister-in-law Debbie, brother-in-law Mike and wife Cindi, brother-in-law Marc and wife Nancy, and doting grandchildren: Braeden, Callista, Jakob, Malcolm, and Mathew, along with countless family around the country. Mike is remembered as a strong but charismatic man with striking blue eyes and a relentless smile who was always the first to roll in the dirt and sand with his kids and grandkids. He will be dearly missed. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, December 1st from 5 PM - 7 PM at T. M. Ralph Funeral Home in Plantation, Florida 7001 NW 4 Street Plantation, FL 33317. A Prayer Service will be held Saturday evening.
