Phyllis J. Witter

Phyllis Witter, 73, of Sunrise, passed away May 6, 2019.  Born in Red Jacket, West Virginia to Frank and Opal Fratella; she grew up as coal miner’s daughter.  After graduation from high school, Phyllis embarked on many different journeys that took her to various places including living overseas.

Phyllis enjoyed her career as a Paralegal in a Memphis Law Firm.  It was in Memphis she met the love of her life, Terry Paschall; together they shared many blissful memories.

When Phyllis found out she was sick, they both made the decision to retire, and move to South Florida.  She spent her last years with Terry cruising the world.  They completed their 45^th cruise before she passed.

Phyllis is survived by her partner of 15 years, Terry Paschall; two children, Samantha Bennett and Christopher Bennett; brother, David Fratella.
