Richard Thomas “Tom” Crane, Jr.

Tom Crane, age 65, of Plantation, FL, entered eternal life on February 16, 2022. Born on June 12, 1956, in Austin, TX to Richard Crane Sr. and Gail Rutland Crane. He graduated in 1974 from St. Pius X Catholic High School in Atlanta, GA (always the one to make a grand exit, he had a helicopter waiting for him on his last day senior year). Tom graduated from Georgia State University in 1978, with a degree in Business Management. This began his lifelong career in the international commodities industry, including owning successful businesses in Florida and Texas.

Preceded in death by his mother, Gail Rutland Crane, and his treasured son, Richard Thomas (Bub) Crane III.

He is survived by his high school sweetheart, and the love of his life, Ann Barnhart Crane. His beloved daughters Jennifer Gail Crane Bray, (James Marcus Peck Bray) Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Elizabeth Ann Crane, Plantation, FL.  Father, Richard Thomas Crane Sr, Atlanta, GA. and brother, John Rutland Crane, (Tammy Crane) Gulf Shores, AL and a host of family and many friends.

Tom will be laid to rest in Atlanta, GA.
