Richard Kevin Ischinger

Richard Kevin Ischinger, 56, former resident of Hamilton, NJ lost his battle with cancer on February 11, 2019 in Miami, Fl.   Beloved brother and friend, he is predeceased by his mother, Marilyn Dale Schultz Ischinger, and father, Lewis Phillip Ischinger III.  He leaves behind a sister, Lisa Nolan; a brother, Lewis P. Ischinger IV and five nieces and nephews, Phillip Ischinger, Sara Ischinger, Kelsey Ischinger, Allison Nolan and Kaitlyn Nolan  (Goddaughter), as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins, and his much loved dog “Mister B”. 

Rick was born on January 23, 1963 in Trenton, NJ.  He graduated from Ewing High School in 1980 and earned a B.S. degree in Education from the College of NJ in 1994.  He was employed by the State of N.J., Department of Treasury for more than 25 years before retiring in 2012.   He was a devout member of St. Mark Evangelical church in Trenton, Nj. Rick had a passion for bodybuilding and was the proud winner of the title of Mr. Trenton in 1983. He retired to Florida as a personal trainer to share this passion with others, and in his free time also enjoyed deep sea fishing.
