Prayer Service for Mr. Reyes Rigoberto was born on May 19, 1952 in San Antonio del Tachira, Venezuela to Rigoberto Reyes and Ana Maria Ortega. He received his bachelor degree from the Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander in Cucuta, Colombia, and practiced business administration in Venezuela, The United States, and all around Central, South America until he retired. On June 24, 1978, he married Gladys Elvira Celis. They raised three daughters, Carolina, Angela, and Zhandra. Rigo had a passion for sports. He loved all Florida teams, especially the Miami Marlins and the Miami Heat. He raised his daughters to love sports too, taking them to games and hosting watch parties for their favorite teams. He loved airplanes. He loved talking about them and always dreamed of being a pilot. He was also an avid Elvis Presley lover and a collector of his albums. Wherever he was Elvis would always be on. He was known for his humor, his love for his family, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit. Rigo was preceded in death by his father, Rigoberto, and his mother, Ana Maria. He is survived by his wife Elvira, his three children, Carolina, Angela, Zhandra, his brother Victor, his two grandchildren, Isabella and Arianna, and several nieces, and a nephew. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 25th, 2020 at All Saints Catholic Church at 11 o’clock a.m. Facial covering and physical distancing must be observed at the church and cemetery.
