Robin Ahne Bartelmo

Robin Ahne Bartelmo passed away peacefully on May 14th, 2020. Devoted to her husband, they enjoyed over 40 years of love together, built a beautiful home, and raised two daughters. Robin lived a full and meaningful life, always with a smile.

Robin was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL to Robert and Jacqueline Ahne, and was one of six siblings. Living much of her adult life in Key West, she spent her career in banking, collections, and managing McDonald’s restaurants, creating strong relationships with many of those she worked with. She had a profound love for animals, children, and her family. Known for her wittiness and magnetic and caring personality, Robin left a lasting mark on everyone she met. She was a lifelong Miami Dolphins fan and had been known to light up a craps table from time to time.

Robin is survived by her loving husband, John, two daughters—Mary and Jackie, brothers Joe and Warren, and many loving nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers—Billy and Bobby, and sister, Linda.
