Rose Rossi

Rose L. (D’Onofrio) Rossi, 75, of Margate, FL, died October 8th, 2020 at Northwest Medical Center. She was born on August 30th, 1945 in New Rochelle NY. Rose lived in Yorktown Heights, NY before moving to Margate, FL 17 years ago. She worked as a customer service rep for a major telecommunications company before retiring in 2010. Soon after, spending much of her time volunteering for the school system. Known as Grammy’s, Aunt Rose and Rosie, Rose was a fun loving, funny, generous and caring woman. She lived for her children and grandchildren. Her passions were the beach, playing tennis, dancing and long hours at the card table. Oh, and boy did she have a sweet tooth! She loved everyone and was loved by everyone. Rose is survived by her daughter Roxanne Rossi; son Anthony Rossi Jr.; grandson Anthony Rossi III; granddaughter Rosalia Di Pietro; son-in-law Joseph Di Pietro; daughter-in-law Linda Rossi; sisters Maryann Dietrichson and Jean Gaita; nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, Anthony Rossi Sr., brother Charlie D’Onofrio and sister, Santa Fiore.
