Saint Jean Francois, a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on February 24, 2025, in Lauderhill, Florida. He was born on April 23, 1963, in Jean-Rabel, Haiti, and his lifejourney touched the hearts of many who knew him.
Saint Jean was a man of deep conviction and unwavering love for his family. His legacy will be cherished by his wife, Julmique Francois, and his children, Jeff Francois, Joslande Francois, and Sholanda Francois. He was a devoted family man who valued the bond he had with each of his children.
He leaves behind a large extended family that includes his brothers, Diuenet Francois, Wisly Jean-Baptiste, and Dieufort Jean-Baptiste, as well as his sisters, Paulette Jean-Baptiste, Viota Jean-Baptiste, and Magda Maxent. Saint Jean also held a special place in the hearts of his uncles: Francois Florvilus, Joilnel Florvilus, Ivon Florvilus, Franker Florvilus, Silencier Florvilus, and his aunts: Marilia Dumel, Etelia Mark, Antoinette Francois, Michelande St-Fort, Samella Joseph, Sarilia Bien-Aime, and Marilene Julien. His family circle extended further with his mother-in-law, Madam Fernand Zephyr, and his brothers-in-law, Milset Zephyr, Waldex Zephyr, and Fedner Zephyr, as well as his sisters-in-law, Iliane Zephyr and Marie Denise Zephyr.
Saint Jean was known for his warmth, kindness, and willingness to lend a hand to those in need. He made lasting impressions on everyone he encountered, creating bonds built on trust and respect.
Visitation for Saint Jean Francois will take place on March 15, 2025, from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at First Eben-Ezer Missionary Christian Church, located at 3970 NW 21st Ave, Oakland Park, FL 33309. Following this, the funeral service will commence at 10:00 AM, also at the same church. The interment will follow at Bailey Memorial Gardens, located at 7801 Bailey Rd, North Lauderdale, FL 33068, starting at 2:15 PM.
Saint Jean’s spirit will live on in the memories of his loved ones and all those who were fortunate enough to have known him. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
