Sandra Lee Blaisdell

Sandra Lee Blaisdell, 73, passed away in Plantation Florida on January 31, 2025. She was born in Winchester Massachusetts on April 8, 1951.

Sandi, was preceded in death by her mother, Ann Isabelle McLaughlin and her father Grover Cleveland Blaisdell Jr. and Walter Pirrello. She is survived by her brother Robert A. Blaisdell of Deerfield NH, her brother, Bradford M. Blaisdell and wife Katherine G. Blaisdell of Hickory NC, many cousins and best friend Pam Sheehan Willis, as well as cherished friends Nancy Dawson Greeley, Ellen Steen Liuzza, Linde Mcleod, Marylu Wandry Mehringer and Michelle Herburger.

Sandi grew up in Reading MA, graduating from Reading Memorial High School, class of 69, where she represented the spirit of the Reading Rockets as a cheerleader. She spent her career in retail management primarily in the swimming pool business. She travelled the country with her husband, Walter Pirrello in his capacity as a manufacturer's rep for swimming pool equipment. They subsequently owned Walt's Pool Villa in Reading.

Sandi moved to Florida in the 90's and spent the remainder of her career in management with Leslie's Pools, where she consistently won Presidents Club status for her store's sales and service.

She will be remembered for her smile and wit as well as her athleticism (gymnastics, snow and water skiing, tennis and golf), as well as her artistic capabilities. If you were lucky enough to have her as a friend, you could not have asked for a better one.

A private graveside service will be held at the Blaisdell Cemetary in North Sullivan Maine.
