She was born at Broward General Hospital on March 4, 1962, and was the oldest of four children. She had passed away at home with her family and friends surrounding her. Although she never had any children, she loved her nieces, nephews, and Ethan like her own children. Over the years, she has met so many people in so many places, and everyone loved her. It was hard not love Susan. Her kind and giving nature attracted and inspired so many people. If you ever needed something, Susan would be there. She could always make you smile with her silly ways. She loved to go fishing, barbeque, enjoyed being social with her friends and family, and spending time with her dog, Spuddy. Nothing would make her happier than to be socializing with her friends and family or spending time with her dog, Spuddy. Her barbeque was the best barbeque. She would invite everyone over to have a barbeque, play cards, and listen to great music. Sometimes, she would even dance to this music. Just a silly dance, but she would still dance. For Susie, it was the best. Enjoying music, food and friends under the moon lit sky. We would love nothing more that to see her making some of her delicious barbeque and dancing silly while listening to music. She also loved to go to the casino and gamble. And somehow, she would always come out on top or break even. Everyone was always so jealous; but she didn’t care. She would take you down to the casino and show you her secrets. To many, Susan’s life seemed short, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of her existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. Her gentle touch, smile, big heart, giving personality, and the love for her family and friends brought Susan so much joy to her life. Although she was so frail, and struggling through her battle with cancer, she gave us all courage and hope and reminded us of the preciousness of life. What memories! As we all move forward from today, we will remember Susan and how she loved all of us and is watching down upon us from the wonderful heavens above. Flowers are to be sent to T.M.
